Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Pre-orders: When you place a preorder, your piece is made just for you. This thoughtful process reduces waste, avoids overproduction, and creates a more mindful way to shop—please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

U Love Her ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. U Love Her is not liable for packages shipped to the wrong address if the incorrect address was entered at checkout.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

U Love Her is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages & Stolen Items

U Love Her is not liable for any products that are damaged or stolen after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.


Lost Orders

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us at shopuloveher@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will assist you in locating your package and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Failed Delivery Due to Invalid Address

If your order cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incomplete address, we will coordinate with the postal service to attempt rerouting. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and arrange to reship it to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
