At U Love Her, we strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase and stand by the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your order, we accept returns—just send us an email to begin the process at shopuloveher@gmail.com.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Requests made after this window may not be accepted unless they involve a product defect or fulfillment issue.
Please note: Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Once we receive your item, you’ll be sent tracking information for your replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We may request photos to help assess the problem. We’ll ensure the correct or replacement item is shipped out at no extra charge.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, gift cards, or any items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions and consult our size guides before completing your purchase to ensure the best fit.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to extenuating circumstances, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
